Assist in the assembly, installation and repair of beam pumping units as assigned. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Operates crane as required· Under supervision, assists in the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of Beam Pumping Units as assigned· Learns to identify the components of Beam Pumping Units· Participates in JSA processes· Participates in safely executing relevant SOPs· Works towards achieving Level 1 competency QUALIFICATIONS:· Able to demonstrate field/shop competency· Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks· Valid driver’s license (where applicable)· Good oral and written communication skills· Self-motivated, self-starter· Must be able to follow instructions· Able to work closely with fellow employees· Relevant oilfield product knowledge· Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities· Crane Operator’s License meeting regional requirement· The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.Preferred:· 1-3 years related field experience POSITION SPECIFIC DETAILS:Weatherford offers competitive compensation and benefits upon hire; including paid vacation to start, matching 401K program, comprehensive benefits program, and employee stock purchase program (ESPP) and opportunities for on-going training and career development.
